This is Mr Rochira’s chance to get to know you and discuss whether the treatment you have chosen is the best way forward for you.   He will ascertain your expectations and then discuss realistically what results could be achieved with treatment.  An examination will be carried out and measurements and photographs will be taken to note any irregularities/asymmetry.

It is important for anyone considering cosmetic surgery to realise that it can satisfy many needs and for some people often provides that extra measure of confidence, which may otherwise be difficult to achieve.  However, it is not the answer to life’s problems and the decision to have cosmetic surgery should only be taken after careful consideration.

Should you require a chaperone for this or any other appointment please let us know, prior to the day of the consultation.  You may bring a friend or family member with you as chaperone. This is not possible during the COVID pandemic. Ask for an update on the current policy.

How do I book a consultation? 

  • Please call our office +44 7738233604 and speak to Tiffany to find out the availability or fill the CONTACT FORM and we will be in touch with you. We try our best to accommodate all new consultations within 6 weeks because we believe that the first meeting helps to build mutual trust and confidence making the start of the journey easier.
  • Tiffany will send you an email via Pabau with a form to complete and sign. This form includes personal and medical information that the Surgeon needs before the consultation as part of your medical assessment. The cosmetic nature of your requested surgery does not make it different from any other type of surgery and therefore must include a thorough clinical assessment. This form can be completed, signed and sent in a few minutes straight from your mobile phone or laptop. There is no need to upload or print any documents.
  • You will be asked to pay a deposit of £50 online.
  • As soon as the payment is received, the details of the consultation will be finally confirmed to you (subject to availability). Make sure you complete the form and then pay the consultation fee to make sure that the date discusses initially with Tiffany is confirmed.

  • All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines.
  • Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services.

Cancellation Policy

  • The fee is not refundable if you are deemed unsuitable for surgery after the consultation. You are paying for the Doctor’s time. He will give you his professional opinion even if he does not agree to operate on you.
  • There are cases when additional tests (self-sourced) are required by the Surgeon to determine if a patient is suitable for surgery. You may be deemed unsuitable for surgery even after you provide the tests.
  • Should you wish to cancel your appointment and not reschedule, please send an email to at least 48 hours before your appointment. The deposit will be refunded in full to you in 5 working days on the same card used to pay.
  • Should you wish to reschedule, please call us or send an email to and ask for further availability, 48 hours before your appointment.
  • If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before the appointment or do not show, the deposit is not refundable and you will need to pay a new deposit should you wish to rebook.
